Introduction

The Voice to Text tool allows you to easily convert spoken words into written text. By utilizing speech recognition, the tool transcribes your speech into separate sentences, providing a convenient way to transcribe your voice.

Getting Started

To begin using the Voice to Text tool, follow these steps:

1. Ensure that your device has a functional microphone.
2. Open the Voice to Text application in your preferred web browser.
3. You will see the main interface of the tool, which includes a title, instructions, and a "Start" button.

Transcribing Speech

To transcribe your speech, follow these steps:

1. Click the "Start" button to initiate the speech recognition process.
2. Speak clearly and audibly into the microphone.
3. As you speak, each sentence will be displayed separately in the result container.
4. The tool will automatically detect the end of each sentence and display it accordingly.
5. Take short pauses between sentences to ensure accurate transcription.

Copying the Transcribed Text

To copy the transcribed text for further use:

1. Once the speech is transcribed, click the " Copy" button located below the transcribed text.
2. The transcribed text will be copied to your clipboard.
3. You can then paste the text into any desired application or document.

Important Notes

• Ensure that you have a stable internet connection to use the Voice to Text tool.
• For accurate transcription, speak clearly and avoid background noise.
• The tool may have limitations in recognizing complex or technical terms.
• Make sure to grant microphone access when prompted by your browser.
